Responsibilities include the ASP.NET MVC platform.<br>Performs program coding in C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL, and html5. <br>Establishes check points at regular intervals to verify accuracy of the work in progress.<br>Create, modify, and test the code, forms, and script that allow computer applications to run. <br>Performs application programming assignments, typically maintenance or modification of existing systems on a .NET platform.<br>Utilizes appropriate software tools to develop, document, test and debug programs/objects for programming changes<br>Develops and documents test data, and performs testing to verify that the programs function correctly, and to ensure that modifications have not caused errors in other parts of the program or in interfacing programs.<br>Senior Application Developer must work with customers, IT Project Managers and Business Analysts to evaluate business requirements and processes to provide possible solutions and accurate estimates for development efforts, including development, automation, testing, and reporting.<br>Prepare and update system documentation as required.<br>Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program.<br>Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired information and that the instructions are correct.<br>Perform or direct revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements, specifically in a ASP.NET MVC platform environment<br>Perform systems analysis and programming tasks to maintain and control the use of computer systems software as a systems programmer.<br>Write, analyze, review, and rewrite programs, using workflow chart and diagram, and applying knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, and symbolic logic.<br>Other Senior Application Developer duties as assigned.
