Lahore High Court to ban the Screening of Indian films

Posted: 19 Nov 2013 01:46 PM PST LAHORE: The Lahore High Court has banned screening of ‘illegal’ Indian movies in Pakistani cinemas, Officials said the LHC heard a petition today and ruled that Bollywood movies imported in Pakistan without proper documentation are illegal and could not be exhibited in the country’s cinemas. The court banned the screening of such movies in Pakistan and sought a reply from the Pakistan Film Censor Board over ‘illegal’ show of Indian films.
