Carry out all reporting in this field to the Head Office /regulators.<br style="outline: medium none;">- Supervise Signature scanning and upload the system at the time of opening account.<br style="outline: medium none;">- Approve signatures and thumb impressions in case of any doubt raised by any of the cash officers.<br style="outline: medium none;">- Review teller’s limits and approve when beyond their assigned limits.<br style="outline: medium none;">- Assess the cash requirements in view of the branch activities for the prospective days and put up demand to HOPS and COPS while ensuring sufficient time for delivery<br style="outline: medium none;">- Advise the BM on idle cash and arrange its transfer to the HO/assigned bank./inter branches.<br style="outline: medium none;">- Supervise movement of cash in and out of the branches to ensure the safety and integrity of the system.<br style="outline: medium none;">- Continuously review the risk to the cash area and the safety of the branch, arrange/advise due precautions/measures for overall safety and integrity.<br style="outline: medium none;">- Ensure the cash loading and serviceability of ATM at all times within assigned service indicators.<br style="outline: medium none;">- Arrange to dispatch the client statements as per policy.<br style="outline: medium none;">- Operate with in assigned budget and promote savings and frugality in business functions.<br style="outline: medium none;">- Take ownership of the branch premises and ensure its cleanliness and upkeep compatible with Tameer’s image.<br style="outline: medium none;">- Undertake to prepare the contingency plan for COB and ensure its implementation.<br style="outline: medium none;">- Serve as the back up to the BM.<br style="outline: medium none;">- Functional Efficiency Table which indicates the quality parameter for the concerned areas is attached.<br style="outline: medium none;">- Demonstrate high level of commitment and add value to build the culture for service of the micro finance customers.
